On this Second Sunday of Ordinary Time, Tony discusses two very difficult but essential spiritual lessons that this weekend’s readings teach us, both of which are radically countercultural message. The first is, as St. Paul tells us in his First Letter to the Corinthians, we are not our own. The second follows from the first, when we live apart from God, our lives go to pieces.
