In this Commentary Clip, Tony explores the scene of the two disciples on the Road to Emmaus in light of the experience of Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden using Frances Thompson’s poem, The Hound of Heaven as an interpretive aid. As becomes clear, Jesus, the Hound of Heaven will stop at nothing to meet us where we are, offering Himself continually to us in the Breaking of the Bread.
