In this Commentary Clip, Tony contrasts the story of the Tower of Babel in Genesis with St. Luke’s account of Pentecost in Acts, and reads both in light of the account of creation in Genesis 1. As he explains, when we read these stories in relation to one another, it becomes clear that the sending of the Holy Spirit is God’s remedy for healing all that human pride and sin had distorted.
