On this Fifteenth Sunday in Ordinary Time, we hear Jesus’ parable of the sower and the seeds. As Tony Crescio explains, each of Jesus’ parables teaches us something about the nature of the reality in which we live through the use of images. And this image in particular both speaks to us of the great mercy of God, and that if we are to live life to its fullest, we must be receptive to His Word.
