In this Commentary Clip, Tony focuses on Jesus’ act of summoning or calling His disciples. As he explains, this act echoes God’s action of creation in Genesis 1, revealing to us that God’s work of salvation in mirrors His work of creation. Just as God called all into existence out of nothing at the beginning, so now He calls us to Himself so that we might experience life to the full in relationship with Him and live so as to draw the whole human family to experience the same.
